The Western Illinois University School of Music and BCA will present the 25th Anniversary BRASSFEST 2023 Sunday, Jan. 22, in the COFAC Recital Hall.
The annual BRASSFEST is an all-day event that features performances by the WIU Faculty Brass Quintet and guest artists, instrumental masterclasses, clinics and rehearsals with WIU faculty and guests.
This year’s guest ensemble, Seven Hills Brass of Cincinnati, OH, will conclude the festival with a performance at 4 p.m. in the COFAC Recital Hall, which is open to the public. Admission is $10 at the door, or visit wiu.edu/trumpet.
