The Knox College athletic department capped off the 2022-23 Prairie Fire sports season with the annual awards celebration to recognize student-athletes for outstanding achievement, both on and off the field – or court.
Kresge Recital Hall hosted a large gathering Monday night as members of the coaching staff and support staff announced the award recipients.
Associate Director of Athletics Dwight Rutledge said, 'We had many great accomplishments this year and tonight showed how much they truly mean to our student-athletes. Thank you to the coaches, staff, and student-athletes who made this all possible."
"It is always an honor to celebrate our outstanding student-athletes," added Interim Director of Athletics Scott Sunderland. "The current group of student-athletes has done remarkable things and I will miss seeing the seniors around next year as they pass on their legacy to our next group."
