"The team fought hard tonight. I definitely think overall it was a good win," said head coach Kira Mowen. "My issue and challenge to the team is to learn how to get tougher, embrace contact, and work for everything. The first half we did not do that. We also started to let it creep back in late game. Toughness and grit is something we work on everyday, so while it is a win in the books we still have plenty of work to do. Great job from some players off the bench as they really stepped up and helped us seal a victory. Now on to prepping for Saturday."
