closing Kellogg Street, south of the intersection at Losey Street for sanitary sewer repair. The eastbound lane of Losey Street will be routed to the center lane. This road closure will be in effect from 7:00 a.m. on Monday, September 13, 2021, until 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, September 15, 2021.
